LLC „Daugavpils satiksme” offers a unique opportunity – a trip around Daugavpils on a retro tram, which was manufactured in the middle of the 20th century at the Riga Carriage Works. The trip can be supplemented with a guide’s narration about the history of the city and its most significant cultural and historical sights.
The retro tram is an authentic mid-20th century means of transport that has been perfectly preserved. It can be used for a variety of events – birthday parties, family events or, for example, as a tour for a group of schoolchildren or as a team building activity.
The retro tram ride combines two popular routes in Daugavpils ( No 1 and No 3). The total length of the trip is 16 km and it can be done in about an hour. The tram has eight tables and 24 seats.
