The inhabitants of Dviete are proud of their well-kept, special aura-endowed and ancient park, which is a popular natural and public object. Dviete park was created in the 19th century as a landscape park with a masonry bridge. The total area of the park is 7.41 ha, including 1.0 ha of water. The park has ponds connected by 3 small canals. On the edge of the park are 19th century manor buildings, 3 sculptures by sculptor I. Dobicins, dedicated to plowmen, and a burial place for German soldiers. The Dviete Park is a specially protected natural object of local importance. You can see several alleys and various species of trees and shrubs, as well as veteran trees. It also has a rock garden, flower and ornamental shrub beds, the “Bridge of Love”, paths, homemade benches, tables, swings, and a campfire site. Fans of a healthy lifestyle have the opportunity to play sports, as the park has 2 sports fields – football and basketball. The park territory is improved and supplemented with new wooden elements every year, and the planting fund is renewed. In 2012, as part of a project implemented by the association “Dvietiņa”, the open-air stage of the Dviete Park was built from a wooden log house and there were made spectator benches; in 2015, a publicly accessible gazebo and toilet were built from a wooden log house; in 2018, the football field was rebuilt, new football goals were installed, and a children’s playground set was installed – a children’s town.
In 2021, with the support of the association “Dvietes vīnogas”, there was created a parking.
