“Water and colour” exhibition by Aleksandra Šļahova
“Water and colour” exhibition by Aleksandra Šļahova is available at the Daugavpils Mark Rothko Art Centre. Artist, long-term professor of Daugavpils University, doctor of pedagogical science Aleksandra Šļahova was born in the town of Dagda in Krāslava district. Her works are depictions of seen or imagined landscapes, natural and household objects, living beings or natural phenomena.
FOURTH ART NIGHT IN DAUGAVPILS
At 10 p.m. through 2 a.m. on Friday 8 June, Daugavpils Mark Rothko Art Centre will organise its fourth Art Night, this time with the motto “Woman in Art”.
